WHAT IS MOBILE PLANETARIUM

Mobile Planetarium is a portable. 360-degree dome-shaped theatre providing educational expositions on astronomy, the night sky and celestial navigation. An innovative educational tool, it presents a realistic, immersive experience of celestial objects combining optical and electro-mechanical technology, video and full-dome projector systems, lasers and advanced audio techniques.

SIMPLE REQUIREMENT. AN ADVANCED LEARNING TECHNIQUE.

• All we need is a room and a power connection!
• From within a portable, inflatable dome, an advanced multi-projector 3D simulation provides an immersive space travel experience
• The planetarium will be temporarily installed in a 6 meter X6 meter hall auditorium
The show will not much disturb the rest of the school.

UNIQUENESS OF OUR DIGITAL MOBILE PLANETARIUM

• Separate shows have been designed for KG to Class XII students (age 3 to 16 years) to match various acumen levels
• Each new academic year a student participates in a new and progressive show that not only covers topics from the school curriculum but also a lot more is there in the universe to discover, explore and learn.
• No tedious field trip required as the shows are embedded in the school time table.
• Shows are regularly upgraded as per the latest findings in the field of astronomy.
• Empower students to relate their knowledge with real sky - real time.
• Inculcate scientific temper.

HOW WE CONDUCT?

1. There has to be a minimum time gap of 10 minutes between two consecutive shows.
2. The participating students will attend the shows in batches on turn wise basis.
3. The average duration of each show is 30 minutes
4. 7 to 8 shows conducted during a school day, each accommodating 40 to 50 students. 400-500 students per-day
5. Students of the next batch should be present outside the planetarium dome 10 minutes before the starttime of their show.
6. Two teachers for have to be present in their respective shows.
7. Students from different classes or sections may be preferably clubbed to gether for a show.
